The Greywolf Foundation seeks to make a lasting, positive impact on its local communities by improving the lives and opportunities of its residents by giving directly to benefit the public.

In order to make funding decisions fairly and effectively, the Greywolf Foundation will not consider informal requests or solicitations from mass communication sources, such as general emails or mailed brochures/letters. For consideration of support, please complete the application below and submit online or via mail.

To foster its effect on local communities, the Greywolf Foundation gives preference to persons or enterprises in the following areas that positively impact the residents and communities in or near where Greywolf Partners, Inc. conducts or has business interests:

  • Youth Programs
  • Education
  • Employment, and Career Development
  • Poverty Relief
  • Community Health, Wellness, and Recreation
  • Disaster Relief
  • Opportunity Zones

    • The Greywolf Foundation desires to provide direct services be given to persons and entities in need of support and financial aid in local communities. In addition to the location of the support, the Greywolf Foundation will give preference to charitable giving that supports non-profit, 501(c)(3) organizations and programs that have the greatest impact on the community. The Greywolf Foundation does not accept requests for organizational operating costs or from politicians, campaigns, or political organizations.

    ​To be considered for charitable support from the Greywolf Foundation, please complete and submit this application. Feel free to include additional information to enhance your request.

    ​All submitted applications will be reviewed and presented to the Board of Directors of the Greywolf Foundation. The Board of Directors reviews all requests and makes funding decisions at regularly scheduled meetings. In 2024, the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on or around:

    • February 27th, 2024
    • May 14th, 2024
    • August 20th, 2024
    • November 19th, 2024

    For full consideration, organizations are encouraged to submit an application before these scheduled meeting dates. The Greywolf Foundation may reject or delay consideration of an application if there is insufficient time for Board members to prepare prior to each meeting.
